With the support of the therapist’s questions, you will have the opportunity to talk about your relationship and what you would like help with. The therapist will then explain how they can support you and suggest a plan for ongoing therapy.

You can take time to reflect on this plan after the session. If you decide to continue, you can contact the therapist by email to book your next session.

How to book:

  2. You will receive a confirmation, an introduction to your therapist, and the link you need to join the session by email.
  3. You can then easily join the session by clicking the link and following the instructions on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so free of charge up until the scheduled time via our contact form.
